Pulmonary nodular and cystic light chain deposition disease: A retrospective review of 10 cases

•Pulmonary light chain deposition disease can present with nodules and cysts, especially in the setting of autoimmune conditions such as Sjogren syndrome.•Most of these nodules are fluorodeoxyglucose avid on a positron emission tomography–computed tomography scan.•The prognosis seems to be favorable in our cohort.
