Design of Dual-channel Anti-interference Multi-mode Navigation RF Receiver

A dual-channel anti-interference multi-mode navigation RF receiver chip is presented in this paper. By adopting the reconfigurable design, the receiver is compatible with navigation systems such as Beidou, GPS, GLONASS and Galileo, which can receive satellite signals from multiple systems simultaneously. Due to realize the switchable zero/low IF receiver structure and reject the interference, this paper presents an active-RC complex low-pass/band-pass filter which is order reconfigurable, low/band pass switchable and all-compatible with navigation bands. The receiver is fabricated in Altis $0.13\mu{\mathrm{m}}$ RF CMOS process and tested results show that the out-band rejection of the filter is more than 38dB which is 16dB better than similar ones. The image rejection ratio is 35dB to improve the performance of anti-interference.
