摘要

•All-solid-state ECD was prepared by e-beam and resistive heating evaporation.•The ECD has four layers with no electrolyte layer.•The ECD has a fast response with coloring and bleaching time of 8.6 s and 1.7 s.•The ECD has good stability with no attenuation after 1000 cycles.•High coloration efficiency, which reaches 87.5 cm2 C−1, is obtained.
