•ILD are common features of the anti-EJ ASS.•HRCT patterns were mainly NSIP.•Anti-EJ ILD patients responded well to the initial therapy of corticosteroid with/without immunosuppressants.•Anti-EJ ILD recurrence was observed during oral corticosteroid tapering.
