摘要
•This NLP approach allows to correlate clinical information and imaging results in radiological free-text reports.•Clinical information, such as previous stone history had the highest association with positive urolithiasis.•Our study shows the value of NLP for calculating positive hit rates of suspected pathologies for epidemiological studies.
