摘要

•Nafithromycin inhibited inflammatory responses in murine acute lung injury model.•It inhibited proinflammatory cytokines and myeloperoxidase activity in lung.•Further, lung histopathological evidences suggested lower infiltration of neutrophils.•This anti-inflammatory activity would have additional benefits in pneumonia therapy.
