摘要

•SRGO was prepared by thermal reduction of graphene oxide with the activation of KOH.•SRGO has very large values of SSA (1665 m2/g) and of interlayer spacing (4.25 Å).•SRGO displays unique structure, good stability and sliding-oriented transformation.
