Spontaneous dichorionic-diamniotic twins in a noncommunicating uterine horn: A case report

•Ectopic twin pregnancy found within noncommunicating rudimentary horn not seen on ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging•Noncommunicating rudimentary uterine horns can be missed on imaging.•Ectopic pregnancy in a noncommunicating uterine horn can appear as an abdominal ectopic pregnancy.•Early detection of Mullerian anomaly in pregnancy is potentially lifesaving.•Selective preoperative imaging can guide patient counseling and ensure necessary consulting services are available.
