Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of the 2.1-2.0 Ga granitoids in Fuping Complex, North China Craton: Constraints from petrology, geochemistry and zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes

•The Paleoproterozoic granitiods in Fuping Complex were emplaced from 2063 Ma to 2082 Ma.•The Paleoproterozoic granitoids are A-type granites.•The Paleoproterozoic granitoids were derived from the melting of late Archean TTG gneisses.•The Paleoproterozoic granitoids formed in rift-related setting.
