摘要
•Statistical analysis and optimization of the corn germ oil maceration were conducted.•Physicochemical properties and fatty acid profile of the obtained oil were determined.•The kinetics of the maceration was modeled using different kinetic models.•The maceration was shown to be spontaneous, endothermic and irreversible.
