High-accuracy high-speed unconstrained fringe projection profilometry of 3D measurement

•We achieved high speed, high accuracy and unconstrained in 3D measurement simultaneously.•In the proposed method, the high-frequency fringe patterns (70 periods) and fewer (only four) patterns are used.•It works well in measuring complex and isolated objects without any pre-work or constraints.
