摘要
•The temperature dependence of heat capacity of Sr3Fe2O7 has been measured.•The experimental data were used to calculate standard thermodynamic functions.•The phase transitions of the compound were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and DSC.•The mechanisms of the phase transitions at 120 K and 366 K are suggested.
