Geochemistry, geochronology and evolution of Paleoproterozoic granitoid gneisses in the Khondalite Belt, North China Craton
Precambrian Research(2020)
摘要
•The granitoid gneisses from the Daqingshan complex of this study consist of TTG gneisses and MG (monzogranitic and granitic) gneisses. They show similar geochemical characteristics.•The magma source of granitoid original rock mainly comes from partial melting of metabasaltic sources on an accretive active continental margin.•The granitoid gneisses are fractionated calc-alkaline I-type granitoids and show that the igneous protoliths has affinities to island arc and continental magmatic arcs.•Zircon ages of granitoid gneisses revealed three major episodes of magmatic events at 2.35–2.42 Ga, 1.95 Ga and 1.88 Ga.•In pre-collision, the Khondalite Belt could have undergone long-term arc-continent accretion along the southern margin of the Yinshan Block during the early to late Paleoproterozoic.
