摘要

•MAO coating was prepared on AlTiNbMo0.5Ta0.5Zr refractory high-entropy alloys.•MAO coating still presented porous features, and contained SiO2, Ta2O5 and TaOx.•High temperature oxidation resistance of RHEAs has been improved.
