摘要
In situ NMR, selective 1D TOCSY spectra and DFT have been used for analyzing reactive intermediates in fructose reactions, where fructose with diammonium hydrogen phosphate [(NH4)2HPO4] is consumed via a glucosamine intermediate (GlcNH2) which is subsequently converted into deoxyfrutosazine (2,5-DOF).
