摘要

•Probe FL can display selectivity toward Cu+2 over other ions in DMSO/water (2/8, v/v) and showed an obvious color change.•Probe FL can operate in a wide range of pH.•The living cell image experiments demonstrate probe FL could be used to detect intracellular Cu2+ in living cells.
