A Flexible Harmonic Voltage And Current Compensation Method For A Single-Phase Multi-Bus System

摘要
In this paper, dual H-bridge converters are connected in series to provide comprehensive power quality enhancement service to low and high voltage buses. Firstly, an enhanced supply voltage is provided to low voltage bus even when there are nontrivial nonlinear loads connected to this bus. In addition, the high voltage bus is connected to the main grid and the upper power cell is able to provide sinusoidal grid current even when the both the low and high voltage buses has nonlinear load disturbance. With this power converter structure, DC power sources can be directly integrated into grid with only a single stage power conversion. In addition, flexible power quality improvement can be realized without any additional hardware involvement or complex controllers.
