摘要
•An electrochemical biosensor for simultaneous detection of miRNAs was developed using PNA and CHA.•This assay was highly selective for discriminating miRNAs with similar sequences.•It has a low LOD of 2.49 fM and 11.63 fM for miRNA21 and miRNA155, respectively.•This assay can be used to detect a variety of miRNAs from human cancer cells at the same time.
