摘要
This paper investigates a 15-slot tubular permanent-magnet linear motor (TPMLM) for a free-piston energy converter. In order to meet the performance requirements of the system, the mass of mover is strictly limited. Under this condition, three permanent-magnet (PM) mover structures of TPMLM are analyzed and compared. Then, the quasi-halbach PM mover structure is selected and further optimized Finally, the mechanical strength of the motor with two support materials is analyzed, and the feasible mechanical scheme is given.
