摘要
•The heat transfer and head loss correlation of an electronic component using IJCF is formulated.•At Reynolds jet-to-channel ratio of 1.5, heat transfer peak is found in top face.•The correlation is formulated based on the Reynolds number of the channel and impinging jet.•Experimental study on comparison between IJCF and CF.•The maximum Nusselt number Num = 75 with the maximum head losses is achieved.
