Pharmacokinetics of intravenous voriconazole in patients with liver dysfunction: A prospective study in the intensive care unit.

•This is the first study of pharmacokinetics (PK) of intravenous voriconazole in intensive care unit patients with liver dysfunction.•The median first trough concentration (C0) of voriconazole was 5.27 (2.61) μg/ml in patients with liver dysfunction.•The median voriconazole clearance (CL) in Child–Pugh class C patients following multiple doses was 2.04 l/h.•The median half-life (t1/2) of voriconazole in Child–Pugh class C patients following multiple doses was 60.7 h.
