摘要

•Systematic EBUS-TBNA is an accurate staging method in patients with normal mediastinum.•This study found an absence of contralateral mediastinal and hilar disease.•Sampling of N3 hilar stations could be spared during a systematic EBUS-TBNA staging procedure.
