摘要

•Three new and eighteen known compounds were isolated from Arnebia euchroma.•Compound 5 was found to be the first isolated ring A-seco hopane triterpenoid.•Several isolates exerted anti-proliferative activities in four cancer cell lines.•Compounds 1, 4, 8, 11, 14 and 19 were found with STAT3 inhibitory activities.
