Altered topological organization of functional brain networks in drug-naive patients with paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia.

•Only drug-naive PKD patients were recruited in our study, which excluding potential impact of drug.•Drug-naïve PKD patients exhibited the small-world property.•Patients with PKD showed regional abnormalities with the prominent alteration of precentral area but not global.•Only nodal efficiency in left pallidum positively correlated with the age of onset of PKD patients.
