A 39-year-old woman presented with vertigo and difficulty controlling her right side. She had a right-sided Horner’s syndrome, gaze-evoked horizontal nystagmus with the fast-beating phase to the left, and right upper and lower limb ataxia with reduced temperature sensation to the left side of her face, arm and leg.
