摘要

•ADSCs abound in omentum enhanced autophagy in ovarian carcinoma cells with elevated growth and metastasis properties•ADSC-conditioned medium significantly activated STAT3 in ovarian carcinoma cells•l STAT3 inhibition attenuated the ADSC induced increased ovarian carcinoma cells autophagy, growth and invasion•Our data provide a novel insight into the mechanism how the adipose derived stem cells fuels the spread of ovarian carcinoma.
