摘要

•HRM and rhAmp were developed for genotyping A1 and A2 alleles of CSN2 in milk directly.•Both methods reliably discriminated and detected A1A1, A2A2 and A1A2 genotypes.•rhAmp method was 10-fold more sensitive than the HRM method.•rhAmp can be used to detect A1 in milk sold as A2.
