摘要
•A reliable model for analyses of microwave ovens has been developed.•Multiphysics coupling is needed to model the system (EF, fluid flow, heat and mass transfer).•Low air speed allows to simulate the fluid dynamics assuming laminar flow.•A simplified approach was successfully used to consider the water evaporation.
