•Amorphous fraction tends to decrease with increasing size and oxygen concentration.•Al2Zr3-type phase forms first for lower oxygen concentrations.•Zr4Ni2O (big-cube) phase is preferred for higher oxygen concentrations.•Solidification phase map according to oxygen concentration and cooling rate.•Proposed a sketch of the CCT diagram for 200, 500, 800 and 1250 wppm of oxygen.
