The clinical pharmacology community stands on the cusp of a data-empowered revolution, where health data artifacts ascertained from real-world data sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), patient wearables, genomics, and other `omics, hold momentous opportunity to inform our understanding of patient outcomes.
