Orbital Volume Correction in Orbital Floor Fractures: A Comparison of Transorbital and Transantral Techniques.

The results from the present study have shown that the accuracy of orbital volume correction using the transantral approach will be comparable to that of the transorbital approach, as shown by a small, but statistically significant, increased accuracy in the volume correction with the transantral approach. Additional investigation to establish clinical correlations with these findings should be conducted.
