摘要
In the early stage of new energy development, the installed capacity is small, and the new energy power generation system only undertakes the task of generating electricity. Its intermittence and fluctuation are usually included in the load of power system - as a "negative load" to deal with. The impact of new energy generation on the operation of power grid is very limited, but with the development of new energy, the permeability of new energy in some areas (such as Northwest China) and some countries is gradually increasing. Increasing, the impact of new energy generation on system operation can not be ignored. The requirement of new energy generation system is no longer simply to provide electricity. New energy generation system is obliged to improve its output characteristics and even provide some or all auxiliary services to the power grid, so as to alleviate the pressure of the system to absorb new energy, improve the level of new energy absorption and increase economic and environmental benefits. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the frequency modulation characteristics of power grid at the sending end of large-scale new energy base.
