摘要

•Five new isobenzofuranones were obtained from a mangrove endophytic fungus.•The absolute configurations were established by TDDFT-ECD calculation.•Most of the compounds exhibited potent inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase.•Most of the compounds showed significant antioxidant activity.
