Natural history of non-operative management of Grade II blunt thoracic aortic injury.

•Type of Research: Retrospective analysis of a single-center Level I Trauma Center.•Key Findings: Nonoperative management of grade II blunt aortic injury was successful in 15 patients, with no evidence of injury progression on follow-up imaging.•Take Home Message: Grade II blunt thoracic aortic injury is able to be managed nonoperatively with close follow-up imaging to ensure that there is no progression of the injury.
