A bilateral negotiation model of complex contract based on negotiator’s utility information protection

With the development of artificial intelligence technology and big data technology, the multi-attribute negotiation contract with complex dependencies among the multiple attributes, named "complex contract negotiation", shows greater value for academic research and applications. Based on the perspective of negotiator's utility information protection, the study is aimed at investigating the characteristics underlying complex contract negotiation, using hybrid artificial intelligence technology, and developing a bilateral negotiation model for complex contracts based on the negotiators' utility information protection. The study provides a method for approximating Pareto optimal solution in a certain precision range. And an example is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method by the bilateral negotiation simulation in the price and quality. The research provides a new approach for multi-attribute automatic negotiation.
