摘要
•The effect of visual-vestibular interaction on cybersickness was investigated.•An HMD VR system with motion platform was used to generate accurate synchronisation.•Visual-vestibular synchronised motion was found to be the most enjoyable condition.•Adding self-referenced visual element to physical motion reduces sickness severity.•This experiment’s SSQ symptoms profile is similar to that of cybersickness.
