Diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography colonography for tumor depth in colorectal cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis

•This is a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography (CT) colonography for tumor depth in colorectal cancer.•The pooled sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratios of CT colonography were high in diagnosing T2, T3, and T4 invasions.•CT colonography showed high diagnostic performance and was useful to diagnose tumor depth in colorectal cancer.
