摘要

•Potential function of vsRNAs was explored by detecting the interaction with Ago1/2 via RIP.•vsRNA4-1 and vsRNA4-2 were enriched in Ago1-immunoprecipitated complexes.•vsRNA2-1 and vsRNA3-2 were enriched in Ago2-immunoprecipitated complexes.•This method was valid for the functional analysis of vsRNAs in vector insects.
