摘要

•The iVAC2L device is feasible and safe in patients undergoing high-risk-PCI.•With ongoing support, blood pressure increases significantly and keeps the higher level until device removal.•The device helps to stabilize hemodynamic conditions if complications or critical events occur during high-risk PCI.
