摘要
•A novel photoactive material, molybdenum disulfide/graphdiyne, was synthesized.•The inherent reducibility of GDY was used to reduce (NH4)2MoS4 to MoS2.•A signal-on PEC method based on dual-modified probe was obtained.•The detection limit was 3.3×10−18 mol/L for microRNA-141.
