摘要

•Structures of 7 megastigmane glycosides including 3 new ones, were isolated from the leaves of Laurus nobilis L.•The structures of new compounds were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectra and MS data.•All of the isolates were evaluated for their inhibition of NO production in lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW264.7 cells.
