Development of a miniaturized rotational electromagnetic energy harvester with a liquid metal direct-write process

•This work proposes a miniaturized electromagnetic energy harvester with an eccentric mass.•The multiple pole micro-coil is fabricated using liquid metal.•A passive voltage multiplier and a super capacitor are used to store the generated power.
