摘要

•Raman spectra of Ca2AlSiO5.5 polymorphs were obtained from 153 K to 1273 K.•An irreversible phase change was observed for high-pressure Ca2AlSiO5.5 at 1223 K.•The temperature-dependence of the Raman-active vibration modes was determined.
