Tu1110 OUTCOMES OF ERCP-GUIDED TRANSPAPILLARY VERSUS PERCUTANEOUS GALLBLADDER DRAINAGE AS BRIDGING THERAPIES FOR ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS FOLLOWED BY INTERVAL SURGICAL CHOLECYSTECTOMY

A subset of acute cholecystitis patients (AC) are not candidates for urgent cholecystectomy and require immediate management with either ERCP-guided transpapillary gallbladder drainage (ERCP-TGD) or percutaneous cholecystostomy (PC), followed by delayed cholecystectomy. We evaluate how these bridging interventions influence the eventual surgical outcomes.
