1.Intussusception after LRYGB surgery is a rare complication, may be more common in pregnant subjects, and can be difficult to diagnose clinically.2.The diagnosis is generally based on axial CT imaging, although this may not be possible in pregnant patients.3.Here a presentation and suggested management approach is provided to contribute to the literature and inspire further research in this area.
