Prognostic Value of Tricuspid Valve Geometry and Leaflet Coaptation Status in Patients Undergoing Tricuspid Annuloplasty: A Three-Dimensional Echocardiography Study.

•TV tethering volume and leaflet coaptation status are associated with outcome. ≥3.9ml tethering volume provides important predictive value at 1-year follow-up. ≤1.13 ratio of leaflet length to closure length also has a good prognostic value. 3DE can help risk stratification and guide surgical options for TA surgery.
