摘要
•Neointimal hyperplasia (NIH) is a major obstacle to peripheral graft patency.•NIH progression is influenced by haemodynamic forces in the lumen.•Compliance mismatch between host vessel and graft can impact these forces.•We used computational fluid dynamics and a model of NIH to assess this impact.•We observed a small impact of compliance in the cases analysed.
