摘要
•Acute kidney injury (AKI) is associated with poor neurological outcome (modified Rankin scale 4–6) at 6 months.•The hazard ratio of the AKI on mortality was 2.223 (95% confidence interval: 1.630–3.030, P < 0.001).•Shockable rhythm, coronary angiography, and hypophosphatemia were independent predictors of good neurological outcome.•Longer collapse time, seizure, hyperglycemia, and AKI were independent predictors of poor neurological outcome.
