摘要
Elevated level of IFN-γ secreting cells in those with HAM/TSP disease. ELISPOT method can be useful to evaluate and monitor the spontaneous IFN-y SFC, which can identify patients at high risk for HAM/TSP, which being predictive of disease progression.
