摘要
•Carbapenem-non-susceptible P. aeruginosa (CNPA) were found to be endemic in a large referral hospital in Indonesia.•Acquisition of CNPA was associated with significantly longer ICU length of stay.•Carriage of CNPA may affect ICU survival.•Carbapenem-non-susceptibility among P. aeruginosa is largely due to IMP, VIM and GES-5 carbapenemases.•Most CNPA isolates belonged to the international clones ST235, ST357, ST446 and ST823.
